Meet Our Professional Team

TP Lim, Founder

TP Lim, is the founder of TP & Associates. She is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and Associate Member for Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (ACTIM).

She started her career with a local audit firm before joining international accounting and auditing firms. She was also the Head of Assurance & Business Advisory of an international audit firm. She had also gained her experience in an Investment Bank as a Vice President. Prior to setting up of TP & Associates she was the Audit Principal & Department Head for Internal Audit services of a local firm.

She has over 18 years of experience in audit and assurances, taxation advisory services, accounting and financial advisory. Her experience covered various sectors which comprises manufacturing, trading, servicing, investment holding, property development, construction, consultancy, management corporations, association and etc. of private limited and public listed companies on Bursa Securities. She also has experiences in investigative audit, financial due diligence, business plan, internal audit and risk management services.

Lim Tai Ling, Director

Ms Lim Tai Ling is the director of TP & Associates. She has more than 20 years of experience in the audit assurances, corporate advisory, recovery and insolvency. Her experience includes initial public offerings, mergers and acquisition, reverse take-over, financial due diligence, share and business valuation exercises, debt restructuring, receivership and liquidation projects, and taxation advisory services. By the appointment of the Securities Commission of Malaysia, she had also led a team for investigative audit on distressed listed companies in Malaysia.

Prior to joining TP & Associates, she’s attached with international auditing and accounting firms and also oil and gas trading company. She was a director and Group CEO of KL office for an international accounting firm and Group CFO for an oil and gas company.

Ms Lim Tai Ling holds a Master Degree in Business Administration (Finance) from University of Lincolnshire and Humberside, United Kingdom. She is also a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
